Details: This picture depicts Lord Sri Krishna dancing on Kalinga sarpa (snake).During childhood days of Krishna while he was one day playing with his friends.A boll slipped into Yamuna river.None could get that boll back.Because Kalinga (snake) the most poisons snake was in that river.And water was poisoned.Any one who entered that river came back as a dead body. This time the Lord Krishna purposefully enterd the lake and he with his divine will put down the arrogance of Kalinga ,Danced on it's hood and finally sent that snake away from Yamuna river.Thus,Yamuna river was purified by lord Sri Krishna.
